I provide a safe space for you to explore and reflect where the origin of your excessive worry and/or inferiority came from so that you can discover yourself at a deeper level and become more aware of who you are.

I guide you to expand the way you look at the situations so that you can learn that there is a different way of looking at the world in front of you.

I also help you to increase awareness of values that guide your life decisions, which will help you feel grounded and assured.

Then, we will work together to find the best coping tools that work for you to navigate the world you live in confidently.

I love sharing self-compassion and self-acceptance techniques with my clients.

I also like CBT techniques, mindfulness, and strength-based approaches as well as Brainspotting to help navigate difficult emotions.
